AC temperature is best at 23°C

Pantry orders once placed cannot be cancelled

End Meeting before leaving - sets the room to Energy Saving mode

    Win + K or AirPlay → pick room → enter CODE.

  2. 2

    Present via USB-C (back-up)

    Plug in the desk cable — instant share.

  3. 3

    Join a scheduled Teams call

    One-touch START on the touch panel.

  4. 4

    Host a Teams call from your laptop (BYOM)

    USB-C + select Room Camera / Mic.

  5. 5

    Control the room

    AC, lights, curtains, temperature.

  6. 6

    Order refreshments

    Pantry tab → Send to Butler.

Note: Wait 15 seconds before retrying if the initial attempt fails.

  1. 1Connect to KHDA Wi-Fi or Guest Wi-Fi
  2. 2Open Screen Mirroring on your Mac / iPad / iPhone
  3. 3Select this room from the list, then enter the CODE on the display
