Show my laptop on the room screen — wirelessly

  1. 1Windows: press Win + K (no Wi-Fi needed). Mac / iPad / iPhone: connect to KHDA or Guest Wi-Fi, then open Screen Mirroring.
  2. 2Pick this room from the list, then enter the CODE shown on the display.
  3. 3Mirroring starts automatically.

Show my laptop using the USB-C cable

  1. 1Plug the USB-C cable on the table into your laptop.
  2. 2Your screen appears automatically — no app needed.
  3. 3Camera, mic and speakers also switch to the room.

Join a scheduled Teams / Zoom meeting

  1. 1Tap the meeting on the room touch panel.
  2. 2Press the green Join button.
  3. 3Camera and mic turn on automatically.

Use the room camera & mic from my own laptop

  1. 1Plug in the USB-C cable.
  2. 2In Teams/Zoom, select “Room Camera” and “Room Mic”.
  3. 3Start or join your meeting as normal.
5Touch panel

Adjust lights, blinds or temperature

  1. 1Open Room Controls on the touch panel.
  2. 2Use the sliders for lights, blinds and AC.
  3. 3Features may vary depending on room type.
6Butler

Order water, coffee or snacks

  1. 1Open the Pantry tab on the touch panel.
  2. 2Choose items, then press Send to Butler.
  3. 3Butler delivers to the room within minutes.
